Download and fill out the official PAD form below with your banking and contact information.
Attach a voided cheque or a pre-authorized debit form from your bank, and sign the agreement.
Email the completed form to admin@darularqum.org, or drop it off at the masjid — your monthly gift begins the next billing cycle.
