ON Public Health Screening Conditions:

a) has any of the symptoms of COVID-19

b) has come in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or a person with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 during the past 14 days, or

c) has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
