Our Aalim Program is an advanced Islamic studies course designed to equip students with a deep and well-rounded understanding of key Islamic sciences. This program includes:

• Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence): Study of Islamic law and its application in everyday life.

• Hadith: Understanding the sayings and traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

• Tafsir: In-depth study of the meanings and interpretations of the Quran.

• Arabic Language: An essential component of the Aalim Program, this course focuses on mastering the Arabic language, enabling students to read, understand, and interpret Islamic texts in their original language. Arabic is the foundation for deeper comprehension of Quranic and Hadith texts, providing students with the tools needed for independent research and scholarly study.

 (Monday to Friday):
The Quran Hifz Program at Al-Arifa is dedicated to students who wish to memorize the Quran with dedication and accuracy. Through focused and consistent instruction, students will learn to memorize the Quran, while also mastering its proper recitation with Tajweed. This program runs Monday to Friday, ensuring steady and focused progress in this noble and rewarding endeavor.

We are honored to introduce Mufti Taqi, the esteemed leader and educator of Al-Arifa Madrasa in Ottawa. Mufti Taqi is a distinguished scholar with profound expertise in Islamic jurisprudence, Hadith, Tafsir, and Arabic studies. He brings with him years of scholarly training and practical experience in the field of Islamic education.

Before establishing Al-Arifa Madrasa, Mufti Taqi studied under renowned scholars and gained his academic foundation at the respected Al-Rashid Institute. The institute is known for producing well-versed scholars who are equipped to serve the Muslim community with knowledge and wisdom. Mufti Taqi himself has undergone extensive training in both classical Islamic sciences and contemporary issues, enabling him to offer balanced, insightful, and deeply rooted guidance.

His passion for educating the next generation of scholars and nurturing students spiritually has driven him to create a Madrasa where academic excellence and moral development go hand in hand. Mufti Taqi is not only committed to imparting knowledge but also to fostering an environment that cultivates piety, integrity, and a strong connection to the teachings of Islam.

With his deep understanding of Islamic law (Fiqh), Hadith, and the Quran, Mufti Taqi provides invaluable guidance to the students of Al-Arifa Madrasa.
